This probably qualifies as a “didn’t need to know that” drabble for Parihn fans, so if Nature of the Beast upset you, skip this.

“Intimate Details”

By Joseph Manno

There was something about that night I didn’t mention to Cicero until many months later—not because I didn’t think he’d understand, but because I thought he would.

I’d warned Jerrell beforehand about anything “kinky,” but our interpretations differed. When I’d felt his palan withdraw, and then, a moment later, seek a deeper, darker home, I should have somehow refused. Instead, I’d remained in unresisting, immobile silence… and that had been his invitation to proceed.

Being taken so, by him, had been infuriating… but mostly after the fact.

Though some never learn it, “pleasurable” and “pleasant” are two different things.
