This timeline is by no means either definitive or comprehensive, but rather an embryonic work in progress. I have little doubt that inconsistencies in continuity may be found … but I’d prefer adding to the page at my leisure, rather than leaving up the “Under Construction” gif indefinitely. Consider it … hmm … why don’t we say quasi-canonical [and yes, “quasi” is inferior to “semi”], and subject to change at my whim until it coalesces into something of which I can be proud some months from now.

2205: T'Vaar born to Sevak and T'Viir, city-state of Lah’kahr, Vulcan.

2215: In recognition of her tremendous psionic potential, T'Vaar is permitted to study at a T'Pelline Chapter House—despite being five years younger than the usual acolyte.

2221: T’Vaar achieves the rank “Adept of T’Pel” faster than any woman in Vulcan history, and is accepted into the Order’s upper echelons only a few years later.

2226: Philosophical differences are the impetus for T'Vaar's acrimonious dispute with her fellow T’Pelline Adepts. She grudgingly acknowledges the Order’s requirements on keeping secret numerous of the techniques taught her, and by a one-vote margin, is permitted to depart.  Certain of her “sisters,” however, do not entirely accept this decision, and when the politics in the Order’s hierarchy shift, a command is issued for her to return.  She refuses, citing the previous precedent and decision as binding, and is censured by the order, having already been forbidden to engage in certain practices on penalty of death.

T'Vaar is accepted to Starfleet Academy.

2239: T’Vaar, despite pressure from both classmates and instructors, refuses to participate in the Starfleet Academy Martial Arts Tournament; when confronted by its champion, though, she demonstrates sufficient skill to be known in certain circles as its unofficial winner.

2255: Having achieved the rank of lieutenant commander, T’Vaar requests an extended leave of absence from Starfleet, which is granted.  She does not return to service for over a century.

2266: Luciano Mantovanni is born to Giuseppe Mantovanni and Maria Magdalena Molinari, Syracuse, Sicilian Island Confederacy, Terra.

The infant Luciano Mantovanni is orphaned some weeks later in a shuttle accident at the Shi'Kahr spaceport on Vulcan; he is made at first a ward of the Vulcan state, then quietly adopted into the family of T'Pau.

2275: Luciano Mantovanni completes the demanding kahs'wan ritual in his first attempt.

2283: In competition with Vulcan children, Luciano Mantovanni fails to qualify for Starfleet Academy, but is accepted into Starfleet's enlisted ranks.

2284: Luciano Mantovanni receives a decoration and field commission for conspicuous gallantry and original thinking during what is subsequently labeled The Guenevere Incident.  This rank is confirmed by Starfleet Command only in 2286.

2285:  Luciano Mantovanni begins his posting as chief of security and weapons officer aboard the Saladin-class USS Falcon, under Captain Angela Martine.

2287:  Luciano Mantovanni is promoted to lieutenant, junior grade.

2290:  Luciano Mantovanni, promoted to lieutenant earlier that year, is (finally) remanded to Starfleet Academy for mandatory officer training, and attends in 2291; his encounters with James Kirk in Starship Tactics and Command Psychology his last semester become something of an Academy legend.

2293: Despite having graduated a remarkable dead last in his class, Lieutenant Luciano Mantovanni is assigned, through James Kirk's influence, as weapons officer to Hikaru Sulu’s USS Excelsior.

2294: Luciano Mantovanni receives a field promotion to lieutenant commander, and is assigned first as chief of security (and then, months later, executive officer) of the Miranda-class USS Liberty.

2297: After the retirement of Captain Lawrence, Luciano Mantovanni is elevated to the center seat of the USS Liberty, with rank of commander.  He finagles having Lieutenant Commander T’Kara assigned as his executive officer.

2298: USS Liberty heavily damaged, and eventually scuttled, as a result of event subsequently classified by Starfleet Tactical. An inquisitive Federation press determines that ship-to-ship combat with multiple Romulan vessels was involved, and elects to lionize her captain, Luciano Mantovanni.

2299: In part as a result of favorable publicity, Luciano Mantovanni is promoted to captain, and given command of the USS Intrepid, third in a line of Constitution-class starships manned entirely by Vulcans—and one of the last of its type commissioned.

2303: USS Intrepid disappears while on its second three-year deep-space mission, and is declared lost in 2304.

2318: Shiro Matsuoka born to Shuzo Matsuoka and Kimiko Date, Nagasaki, Japan, Terra.

2325: Sera MacLeod completes kahs'wan ritual on first attempt.

2338: Erika Benteen born to Jacob Benteen and Erika Ibanez, Navarre, Terra.

2340: Shiro Matsuoka accepted to Johns Hopkins Medical School.

2343: Sera MacLeod born to Javan MacLeod and T’Liir, city-state of Shi’Kahr, Vulcan.

2362-4: Sera MacLeod simultaneously attends Wood's Hole Oceanographic Institute (where she is awarded a doctorate in Marine Biology) and Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute (where she earns a doctorate in Physics, with specializations in Warp Field Theory and Quantum Mechanics). She is, upon graduation, promptly nominated for associate professorships at both Wood's Hole and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

M’Raav Hatshepsut is born into a litter of the M’Vara Conclave on Felis Minor.

2347: Shiro Matsuoka begins service with the Interstellar Red Cross.

2348: Sito Jaxa born to Sito Marikk and Sito Jira, Kenta Province, Bajor.

2349: Brett King is born in South Plainfield, New Jersey, to Maximillian and Karen King—who divorce later that year.

2351: Vaerth Parihn born to Kendar and Shalarra, Sha'Krel, Orion Congeries.

2357: Shiro Matsuoka is recruited to augment the Starfleet Surgical Corps. He undergoes a brief orientation, and is commissioned to the Starfleet Medical Ready Reserves with rank of lieutenant commander.

2364: Vaerth Parihn is captured in a brutal raid on her family’s demesnes (as a result of which both her parents are killed); she subsequently receives both a slave tattoo and an intensive education to perform functions as a personal courtesan for her new master, an Orion Merchant Prince.

2367: In the wake of the Wolf 359 massacre—during which her father, Fleet Captain Javan MacLeod, is killed—Sera MacLeod enters Starfleet Academy on the accelerated program.

2368: In light of her numerous educational accomplishments Sera MacLeod graduates Starfleet Academy as a full lieutenant after only a year-and-a-half.

Sera MacLeod spends two years with Starfleet Research (billeted at the Academy campus) on a classified assignment.

M'Raav Hatshepsut graduates from Starfleet Academy, with honors in exo-psychology and counseling. She immediately enters the doctoral program at Rutgers University.

An undamaged (but now obsolescent) USS Intrepid reappears in Federation space, having emerged from a spatio-temporal rift. The only government unsurprised is that of Vulcan; a number of their citizens had quietly maintained the continued existence of their bond mates. Their beliefs are proven true.

Sito Jaxa and her teammates are nearly expelled during the infamous Nova Squadron cover-up incident, during which Cadet Joshua Albert was killed. She is held back one year.

2369: Vaerth Parihn escapes House Gorshim; she seeks and is granted asylum in the Federation.

2370: Sera MacLeod stationed on the water worlds of Argo and Pacifica, studying the native reptilian predators. She assists in establishing the Amphitria II colony.

Lieutenant (junior grade) M'Raav Hatshepsut is assigned as a junior member of the diplomatic team conducting negotiations between the Kzinti and Caitians, with an eye towards bringing the former into the Federation. Eventually, the process bears fruit, due in no small part to her efforts.

M'Raav Hatshepsut promoted to lieutenant; assigned as ship's counselor for Akira -class USS Alexios Komnenos, per special request of Captain Mantovanni.

Vaerth Parihn is naturalized as a Federation citizen. She applies and is accepted to Starfleet Academy.

Sito Jaxa graduates Starfleet Academy; despite a sufficiently high grade point average, she is denied honors by a cadet council convened to adjudicate the matter. She is posted to USS Enterprise-D and selected for a covert operations assignment in Cardassian territory. The mission goes awry, and she is declared missing and, after a brief but intensive search, presumed killed attempting a return to Federation space.

Ensign Sito Jaxa is found unconscious and near death in a disabled shuttle by USS Hood along the Federation/Cardassian frontier, after having apparently escaped from a border holding facility. Apprehended three months later attempting to download Starfleet tactical data for retrieval by Obsidian Order agents. Medical exams determine extensive psionic programming. Criminal charges dismissed due to extenuating circumstances.

Sera MacLeod is assigned briefly to the Galaxy-class USS Enterprise-D. Soon after The Lucifer Incident, she resigns her commission, for reasons unknown.

Luciano Mantovanni is offered, and assumes command, of the newly-commissioned USS Alexios Komnenos, an Akira-class strike cruiser.

2371: Luciano Mantovanni offers Sera MacLeod a position as chief of operations and science officer for the Alexios Komnenos. She accepts, returns to Starfleet and is promoted to lieutenant commander.

Sito Jaxa is placed on active reserve, and undergoes psionic integrity restoration at the University of Shi'Kahr, Vulcan. The treatment is successful; she is restored to active duty, promoted to lieutenant (junior grade) and posted to the Akira-class USS Alexios Komnenos as tactical officer.

The Arellian Kingdom forcefully repels a Romulan expeditionary force, and begins to mobilize for full scale war. Federation mediators are called in to negotiate an acceptable peace.

2372: Doctor Shiro Matsuoka completes a 13 year deep-space exploration tour aboard the Ambassador-class USS Washington. He is promoted to commander during the assignment, in 2368.

The Arellian Kingdom engages in a brief war with the Cardassian Union. A few skirmishes are fought; but when the main Cardassian battle fleet is caught badly out of position, the Central Command agrees to immediate talks. The Arellians, rather than pressing their advantage, settle for a treaty that gains them a few strategically important systems.

In defiance of T'Pelline conventions, T'Vaar consents to teach certain psionic shielding techniques so as to improve Starfleet officers' resistance to mind-control and other mental influences. For her defiance of their strictures, she earns censure from the Adepts of T'Pel, and is recalled by the Order to stand trial for her actions.  She refuses to comply.

2373: Then Commander Erika Benteen is persuaded by Admiral Thomas Leyton to participate in a coup against the lawful Federation government, both by her regard for her former commanding officer, and her fear of the growing Changeling threat. The avowed intention of the cadre is to return control to civilian authorities once sufficient military precautions are in place.

Erika Benteen is promoted to captain, and given command of the refit Excelsior-class starship USS Lakota. At behest of co-consprirator Admiral Leyton, she attempts to prevent USS Defiant from reaching Earth. Benteen refuses to use quantum torpedoes against the damaged Defiant, thus allowing conspiracy to fail.

Tried and convicted on charges related to the above, Erika Benteen is sentenced to five years at the Federation penal colony on Dalarian Prime.

USS Alexios Komnenos is destroyed on a classified mission. Nearly all hands, fortunately, are rescued.

Lieutenant (junior grade) Sito Jaxa, Lieutenant M'Raav Hatshepsut and Lieutenant Commander Sera MacLeod accompany Captain Mantovanni when he is awarded command of the Sovereign -class USS Liberty, and accept the positions of conn officer, ship's counselor and chief of operations/science officer, respectively.

Doctor Shiro Matsuoka is assigned as chief medical officer for the USS Liberty.

Vaerth Parihn becomes the first cadet in history to achieve a perfect score on the dreaded Holoflight Simulator; later that year she graduates 717th in a class of 2,209 … and this despite a series of disciplinary demerits that adversely affect her grade point average and prevent her from achieving salutatorian status or graduating with honors.

2374: Only a few months after being assigned to the Excelsior-class USS Camelot, Vaerth Parihn is the only survivor when the vessel is attacked by Cardassian warships and left as a derelict near the onset of the Dominion War. She spends three months in a starship sickbay recovering.

Then Lieutenant Commander T'Vaar, having returned to Starfleet service due to the exigencies of the Dominion War, is posted to the Nebula-class USS T'Kumbra. She requests a transfer after a brief stint and is demoted to lieutenant before her departure by Captain Solok for dereliction of duty and refusal to obey a lawful order.  Oddly enough, though his accusations are unfounded, she does not challenge her demotion.

M'Raav Hatshepsut is promoted to lieutenant commander; she turns down a prestigious position at the University of Rallan on Felis Minor to remain aboard the Liberty.

Lieutenant T'Vaar is assigned to the Sovereign-class USS Liberty, in the sciences branch, and as a bridge auxiliary officer.  She is almost immediately re-promoted to lieutenant commander.

Vaerth Parihn is reassigned as pilot for the Sovereign -class USS Liberty; Sito Jaxa is promoted to lieutenant and reassigned as tactical officer and chief of security.

2375: Erika Benteen is released from the Dalarian Prime penal facility after a controversy resulting from cruelty to detainees. She is restored to active duty, and assigned as chief of operations for USS Liberty. Her demotion to lieutenant, junior grade as a result of the conviction is overturned, at Captain Mantovanni's behest, by Vice Admiral Alexander Pierce, and she is granted the rank of lieutenant commander.

Sera MacLeod is promoted to commander, and placed in charge of the Ambassador-class USS Tereshkova's refit.

2376: Shiro Matsuoka is promoted to captain, and given command of the as yet unfinished Olympic-class hospital ship USS Averroes.
